This item can be purchased from the Medallion Shop for 4000 medallions or 40000 triads. When purchased, it first goes to your rewards (inventory>character>rewards). Drag from there to your inventory. Then drag into a bag slot. The bag in the slot will be swapped with this one. The swapped bag will appear in your inventory. You can sell this bag via your stall for the minimum price of 32000 triads. If sold, 10% tax levy.
