Decorative Gear are character's decorations in the Stash RPG: costumes, helmets and wielded weapon/shield overrides. They are used for decorative purposes only as a combat gear overrides, whereas armor/weapons can be used to actually improve character's stats. Decorative items can be looted from bosses, crafted by an Armorer or purchased from the Medallion Shop. Cosmetics are to be used in inventory>character>costume: open inventory, select "character" drop-down menu, select "costume" from the drop-down menu, drag the cosmetic item in the corresponding costume slot.
