Materials

All substances that yield crafting experience, ever acquirable in the Stash RPG can be divided in three large subcategories below.

Resources gathered by tools[edit | edit source]

Resources gathered by tools are lootable items acquired primarily by using gathering skills in the wild, or as a loot from hostile monsters and bosses, therefore gathering them entails considerable risks of being ambushed and/or killed in action. Besides gathering skill level and possession of up-to-date tools being a requirement for collection, some resources also require particular mounts and character level to enter areas where they reside, thus such resources are considered extremely difficult to obtain, which implies more reasonable market prices for them.

Once used in a crafting recipe, these types of materials can be disintegrated back into by using misc. Machinery, except for herbs which are dissolved into potions entirely.

Resources gathered by tools can be divided into six subcategories as follows:

Gems[edit | edit source]

Gems are one of the resources in the Stash RPG acquired by the lapidary gathering skill. Players need a pick to gather gems.

Weaponsmith crafting skill has the ability to disintegrate some of the offhand weapons into some of the gems by using misc. Machinery.

Gems can only be gathered in respective tier areas populated with respective tier monsters implying high risk of being ambushed and killed as tiers increase, thus they are considered very valuable.

The following is a list of gems in the Stash RPG:

Herbs[edit | edit source]

The following is a list of herbs in the Stash RPG:

Ores[edit | edit source]

Ores are one of the resources in the Stash RPG acquired by the mining gathering skill. Players need a pickaxe to gather ores.

Weaponsmith and Armorer crafting skills have the ability to disintegrate a piece of gear into some of the ores needed to craft it by using misc. Machinery.

Ores can only be gathered in respective tier areas populated with respective tier monsters implying high risk of being ambushed and killed as tiers increase, thus they are considered very valuable.

The following is a list of ores in the Stash RPG:

Woods[edit | edit source]

Woods are one of the resources in the Stash RPG acquired by the lumberjack gathering skill. Players need an axe to gather woods.

Weaponsmith and Maker crafting skills have the ability to disintegrate weapons and furniture respectively, into some of the woods by using misc. Machinery. Note: only furniture acquired as a loot from monsters can be disintegrated by a Maker.

Woods can only be gathered in respective tier areas populated with respective tier monsters implying high risk of being ambushed and killed as tiers increase, thus they are considered very valuable.

The following is a list of woods in the Stash RPG:

Leather[edit | edit source]

Leather is one of the resources in the Stash RPG acquired by the skinning gathering skill and by slaughtering livestock and poultry. Players need a knife to gather leather.

Armorer crafting skill has the ability to disintegrate a piece of armor into some of the leather by using misc. Machinery.

Leather can also be acquired as a generic drop from some bosses.

While skinning gathering skill implies getting into battle and therefore entails some risk of being killed in action, farming leather from slaughtering livestock and poultry does not imply such a risk, thus acquiring leather is considered a relatively safe activity, making leather not highly valuable but greatly demanded.

The following is a list of leather in the Stash RPG:

Cloth[edit | edit source]

Cloth is one of the resources in the Stash RPG acquired by the scavenging gathering skill. Maker crafting skill has the ability to weave thread spun from fibers into a cloth. Players need scissors to gather cloth.

Armorer crafting skill has the ability to disintegrate a piece of armor into some of the cloth by using misc. Machinery.

Cloth can also be acquired as a generic drop from some bosses.

While scavenging gathering skill implies getting into battle and therefore entails some risk of being killed in action, farming cloth from fiber seeds does not imply such a risk, thus acquiring cloth is considered a relatively safe activity, making cloth not highly valuable but greatly demanded.

The following is a list of cloth in the Stash RPG:

Farming Materials[edit | edit source]

Farming materials are items acquired by using the farming general skill, which entails no risk and no need of any gear or character leveling, thus farming materials are considered extremely easy to obtain, which implies low market prices for them with almost no demand.

While farming materials are generally used in Chef recipes there is no misc. Machinery for disintegrating foods.

Farming materials can be divided into two subcategories as follows:

Raw Materials[edit | edit source]

Raw materials are extremely easy to acquire, have cheap market prices and have low demand on the market due to the extreme availability.

Except for Fresh Fish which is acquired by trapping, raw materials are a range of materials acquired in the process of using farming general skill in the Stash RPG. Raw materials can be put in processors to get Processed Materials.

The following is a list of Raw Materials in the Stash RPG:

Salvages, Essences, Dust and Dough[edit | edit source]

Once used in a crafting recipe, these types of materials cannot be disintegrated back into by using misc. Machinery.

Such materials can be divided into four subcategories as follows:

Salvaged materials[edit | edit source]

Salvaged Materials are items acquired by using the salvage machine. Each salvaging attempt costs 5 triads and some attempts can yield no result. Only crafting disasters acquired from failed crafting attempts can be used in the salvage machine, making any salvaged materials extremely difficult to obtain, which implies extremely high market prices for salvaged materials with almost no stock normally available on the market.

The following is a list of Salvaged materials in the Stash RPG:

Essences[edit | edit source]

Essences are materials in the Stash RPG. Essences are difficult to obtain, and are only scarcely acquired as a loot from certain monsters and bosses, thus are very valuable and in high demand by crafters.

The following is a list of essences in the Stash RPG:

Dust[edit | edit source]

Dusts are one of the materials in the Stash RPG that are only scarcely acquired by Enchanters by breaking down enchanted armor and weapons in the disenchanting machine, thus are very valuable materials and in high demand by Enchanters, making any dust extremely difficult to obtain, which implies high market prices for dust with no stock normally available on the market.

The following is a list of dusts in the Stash RPG:

Dough[edit | edit source]

A crafting product, Ball of Dough being predominantly reused as a crafting ingredient in many Chef recipes also can, by being one of the foods available in the Stash RPG, be optionally used to restore health and mana outside of combat. Fairly expensive and demanded purely due to efforts made and usability.
