In a party, your Ability Power is scaled up if your level is lower than party level by the [[Sidekick System]].

Revision as of 04:24, 16 September 2018

Ability power is the value of your damage (both melee and spell) before other modifiers are added or subtracted.

For basic melee, it is AP then Armour (Light or Moderate) and Con level with a 20% range after that.

For elemental spells, it is damage type then elemental strength/weakness, Element Resistance and Con level with a 20% range after that.

Ability power is calculated by Total Weapon Damage (TWD) + Primary Stat/2

i.e if TWD = 100 and Primary stat = 90 then AP= 145.

This means that +damage enchants have a bigger effect on your AP than +primary stat.

In a party, your Ability Power is scaled up if your level is lower than party level by the Sidekick System.
